With Casita Keepers, we have done away the hassles of owning a second home. Many people do not realize that their property may be compromised because no one is looking out for their place when they are away. We help ensure your worry-free ownership and vacations in Cabo.

We know some casita's are, well... hardly casita's, but grand estates. We understand that every property and owner is going to be different, but our standard of excellent service does not change. All services and inspections are carefully documented, and you are updated every visit.

Our Standard Casita Inspection Checklist

• Interior and exterior of house for any damage
• landscape maintenance
• Pool maintenance
• Doors and windows
• Air out rooms
• Water indoor plants
• Gas grills and appliances
• Lighting
• Air conditioners
• Replace smoke detectors batteries (twice a year)
• Basic plumbing
• Hot water heater
• Run generators
• Garage and other buildings
• Replace water purifier filters as needed
• Inspect home for any hazards
• Inspect for pest and insect damage

Protocol upon finding problems:

• notify you immediately via email and telephone
• take care of the situation immediately, and follow your instructions on how you want situation handled if the repair will exceed $300 dollars
• notify the proper authorities if necessary
• take photographs, and document details of the situation

Monthly statements

You will receive by fax or email and on your Casita Keepers owner web site a clear monthly statement of services provided.

Detailed walk-through inspections

Inspection form will be filled in every visit, a copy will be placed in your Maintenance File, from this report we will create work orders. We will send a monthly report of open and completed task and repairs.

Maintenance services

Coordination of all repairs and facilitation in order to provide access, monitoring work and closure of residence. Any repairs over $300.00 will require your prior approval. *With the exception of specific or major repairs.
