Each casita and rental property is different. To keep your money safe and secure we open a local bank account. From this account we will pay your bills and any servicing the property needs. Click here to request more info. Our property management services can be combined with any of the caretaking packages, or tailored to suit the specific needs for you and your casita.
Property Management - $45/month + 20% rent
- Meet each tenant at the property for check-in to go over rules and answer any questions they might have.
- Pay your monthly and annual bills for you.
- Inspect the property after each tenant vacates & once a month, following our Standard Casita Inspection Checklist.
- Coordinate cleaning. Post Tenant cleaning is not included, but can run $30 an up (depending on the size of your Casita).
Advertising and Marketing
- Each property will get special treatment to increase visibility and rental bookings.
- Enter data into multiple online sources known for generating booking requests.
- Paid Marketing services upon your approval.
- Casita Keepers exclusive marketing tools.
